Mr. Porter has been, predominately, a lifelong resident of Greensboro and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and a Minor in Accounting from Guilford College. He holds a NC Real Estate Broker's License and has been an active real estate investor since 1994. Additionally, Mr. Porter holds both the designations of CCIM, (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager), two of the most respected designations in real estate industry. Mr. Porter has served on the Board of Directors for both TREBIC (Triad Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition) and The Realtor's Commercial Alliance, most recently as Chairman in 2012. Currently, Mr. Porter serves as Chairman of the North Carolina Association of Realtors Property Management Division Board of Governors, is a member of IREM Chapter 56 Executive Council, and serves on the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association Government Affairs Committee. Prior to full time participation in real estate, Mr. Porter traveled to all 50 states and 42 countries while competing as a professional golfer for 16 years, including 6 years as an exempt member of the PGA TOUR. Mr. Porter also holds an unlimited NC General Contractors License.
Mrs. Feeney joined Birch Management, Inc. in 2008 in the role of bookkeeper and was named CFO in 2011. Included in Mrs. Feeney's responsibilities is ensuring strict compliance with the NC Trust Account Laws. Prior to joining Birch Management, Mrs. Feeney served as bookkeeper to multiple small businesses. After obtaining her degree from Michigan State University, Kim has lived in Greensboro for over 30 years.
Ms. Reilley joined Birch Management September 2014 after working in customer service positions for the manufacturing and financial industries. Originally from Upstate New York, she is happy to call Greensboro, NC home. She is looking forward to helping people find the best home for them.
Stephanie is a graduate of West Virginia University, with a degree in Fine Art. Mrs. Earley is originally from Delaware and moved to Greensboro in 2011 in order to be closer to family. Mrs. Earley has a strong background in management, and has worked in fields such as hospitality and facilities management. She enjoys the everyday challenge of bringing all those skills together to help solve problems.
Mrs. Lunsford joined Birch Management in 2015 after a 20+ year career in the insurance industry. Prior to enterring the working world, Lequetta earned a degree in Business Adminstration from Bennett College. Outside of work Lequetta enjoys singing, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Mrs. Neeley joined Birch Management in 2018 after working in the financial and healthcare fields. An attendee of Winston-Salem State University, Gracious enjoys working with people to resolve their needs. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband and four children enjoying sports and summer.
Mrs. Bonifant has been in the administrative field for over 15 years. Her years of experience are proven through her steadfast commitment to the details and correct invoicing. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and friends.
Ms. Harper joined Birch Management in 2017 after many years in office administration and personal care. Originally from Virginia, Ms. Harper enjoys spending time with her family when not working.
Mrs. Too-A-Foo joined the Birch team in 2015 on a part time basis as an application specialist. Karen is responsible for processing applicants from our prospective residents. Away from the office Mrs. Too-A-Foo enjoys cooking, including many unique dishes from her Cajun heritage, and watching her kids grow.
Ms. Wendt has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry! She is a licensed real estate agent, and we’re fortunate to have her assistance with showing our available homes. If you have the opportunity to meet Elizabeth, you’ll know immediately that she’s a real southern belle by her hospitality. She is a proud alumnae of Peace College in Raleigh, NC.
Mr. Wall joined Birch Management in 2009 as a maintenance technician and was moved into the role of operations manager in late 2009. Prior to joining our team Mr. Wall served as operations manager for CBL, General Growth Properties, and Koury Corporation. In 2011 Mr. Wall had an opportunity to achieve his life-long dream of becoming a firefighter and was moved back into the role of maintenance technician.
Chris has an extensive background in maintenance and repair related work, at age 15 (after 4 years of delivering papers and mowing yards) he applied for a work permit and began working at Angelica Textile as a mechanical tech helper. He has also worked in some form or fashion in all of the trades with experience in concrete, plumbing, electrician, fabrication specialist, basic home improvements. Chris also completed a Forsyth tech program focusing on electrical, plumbing and HVAC for residential properties. When he is not working with Birch Management he enjoys spending time with his sons and his fiance.
