At HomeRiver Property Management we remain open for business during the Coronavirus Pandemic. While our physical offices are currently closed, we are actively working from home and in the field to ensure our clients and residents continue to receive exceptional service!
Property Management is considered an “essential service” and rents are still being paid, current tenants have maintenance requests, and we are handling those essential repairs. We continue our work on ensuring residents have quality housing by performing our work in handling move-outs, renovations, marketing, and moving in new residents. All staff are trained in, and aware of, all necessary safety protocols, including hand washing and social distancing, and we are observing these protocols as we continue our work.
Rent payments and maintenance requests can be submitted online by clicking “Tenant Login” in the top right of our main webpage. Rents can also be paid at many retail locations like Walmart or mailed to HomeRiver Group Triad, 12906 Tampa Oaks Blvd., Suite 100, Temple Terrace, FL 33637.
